It seems to me Arum WANTS this fight dead. Pacquiao's camp has been coming up with reasons not to do this from day one, and Mayweather has met their demands every time, no matter how ridiculous.

They wanted March 13, they got March 13
They want a $10 million weight penalty, they got it
They agree to drug tests but with THEIR choice of companies, they got it

I'm sorry, but I can't help but think Pacquiao and Arum are looking for a way out any way they can

So did Manny's. I guarantee you Mayweather-Mosley does bigger number than Pacquiao-Mosley and I know this because more people would rather see Mayweather lose than Pacquiao win. When Mayweather dispatches of Pacquiao (if it ever happens).... everbody goes back into their holes and begins scheming on who's the next super amazing fighter to beat Flody Mayweather and Pac becomes a distant memory.

Well he sure has ducked Mayweather throughout the last 3 weeks. As soon as they said random blood test, Pac may just duck everyone who wants that added to the contract, unless its a feather fisted fighter (malignaggi) or a slow, unproven champion (Foreman).
