They didn't really want this one, they just couldn't trust Mayweather not to be a cnut and screw them on the weight like they did to Marquez. Mayweather also got a 50/50 split, was he really entitled to it as a No.2 challenger with a small fanbase?

How can you say this? The three common opponents Marquez/Hatton/Delahoya, Mayweather had higher pay per view numbers than Manny. So why is he not entitled to a 50/50 split? Love him or hate him, this tells me he sells more tickets than pacman.

Bob Arum might be a jerk, but it's good to have someone on your corner like that when negotiating. One thing you can never say about him is that he doesn't go to bat for his fighters.

I can't fathom why people are still claiming Pac doesn't want this fight? Do you think he's scared? Why would he go after Cotto, but duck Mayweather? "C'mon Son".

The drug testing is so black and white it's downright funny. Why should Pac be subject to the testing? He's #1, doesn't NEED the fight, and is A CHAMPION! What is Floyd's leverage? Because he's Floyd? Because of they payday for Pac? Why would Pac submit himself to testing that nobody has had to before? The difference is although the $$$ would set Pac for life and his children's children probably, he doesn't NEED the money. He's no Mr.Boat Buyer, no Mr."my shix paid for".
