Once again, I'm not saying Roach has become better than he did before, but just his reaction to not letting Pacquiao have blood tests performed on him unless he knows the exact dates, doesn't justify that he's cleaned up his act since then. Remember, 2005 is when Pacquiao started going this amazing streak.

He calls Freddie Roach his "master." Take note that before Pacquiao sent that goofy message, Roach stated that it was 100% him, not Manny, that wouldn't agree to the random blood testing.

because Roach tried hiding something back when he was training Toney and he's feeling the pressure now. Notice how he hasn't been saying anything since making those ridiculous excuses (except for "Mayweather is afraid" which is the generic response from deutsches anyway).

Roach makes every decision for Pacquiao and because Pac can't speak English well at all, his whole team talks for him.... look at where its gotten the fight.

Pac is calling off the biggest fight in boxing because he doesn't want to take random drug tests now if he was clean why would it matter? yeah it might be ****** but the fact that Pac won't do it and is willing to give up 40 million says a lot

You're right we can certainly agree to disagree. DLH has never been tied to steroids and he surely didn't perform like he was on them during the fight. Plus it was Roach's first and only fight with DLH so it would be pretty risky to bring in that sort of "tactic" with a new fighter. You know what though, just because of this issue, I wouldn't doubt that high profile bouts will start imposing this sort of stipulation for a fight. To be honest though, nobody has done what Manny Pacquiao has done and I know, it's terrible, but we're in an era of sports history where many superstar athletes will have asterisks. Every major superstar has been questioned, Usain Bolt, Phelps, Lance Armstrong (ever since that '99 blemish), McGuire, Bonds, Ramirez, etc...

When you reach the level Mayweather and Pacquiao have, these questions are going to come with the amazing success.

Mayweather has stated that he's willing to go through these tests. Team Pac, well, hasn't.
