Actually, no one accused him. Mayweather Sr. said something ain't right with the guy. Furthermore, the guy Pacquiao is about to fight Paulie Malignaggi just as much accused him of using PED's as one can say Mayweather SR.
So why is Arum and Pacquiao so pissed at Mayweather Jr and Golden Boy over these PED accusations yet they wanna fight Paulie who accused Pacquiao just as much ad anyone else? I'll tell you why. It's because Paulie poses 0, nada, no threat at all to Pacquiao inside the ring.
