I heard THe Mayweather Sr and Paulie accusations dozens of times and I didnt pay any attention to it.
I like most people didnt think manny was juicing until they refused tests.
exactly!
there is no proof of pac juicing but as soon as he refused to take random blood test then of course people are gonna start thinking "what does pac have to hide"
add to the fact that he is walking away from a $40 million payday over random blood test; i am not saying he is juicing but it just does not add up why anyone would pass up a $40 million payday all because they are extremly opposed to having there blood withdrawn.
if the pac from 1999 came to the present and found out pac 2009/2010 was refusing $40 million just because he does not want to have his blood removed. past pac would kill present pac and take the fight against floyd himself.
Freddie Roach has talked so much the last couple of years, it has bit him in the ass on this one. I still don't think he has realized how much he changes what he says in interviews.
You are just a hater man. At the start when floyd insisted for an olympic style drug testing, manny's camp were more than willing and accepted the request in an instant. But then under that clause, manny has to submit himself to 7-8 random blood testing the entire training schedule, manny always does 8 weeks of training, so are they expecting manny to do the blood test every week during training? Wtf is that, a blood test every other week i think is more than enough already. Then team pac offered in the initial negotiation the 3days blood test with unlimited number of urine test. The problem is, the mayweathers along with GBP leaked that detail to the press and claimed it to be the final offer already from team pac, wtf is that, their in the middle of negotiations man, they should have just offered a counter proposal as simple as that!! These are clearly malicious insinuations hoping to get public sympathy and discredit manny as an ATG fighter, why would they do that if floyd really wants to fight manny. And then just recently just to save the fight, manny already is willing to comply with the NSAC rules and subject himself to random blood/urine testing, just as long its only the NSAC who's doing it. The NSAC will be working in close collaboration with USADA on this one, team pac just wants one agency to be on top of the test. But lo and behold, after hearing about this new turn of events, roger mayweather also recently made a statement that the NSAC uses fake doctors as their staff. What the F****K is that now?!! Do the mayweathers really want this fight to happen, to me they are just a bunch of *******!!
Pacquiao and his team had the power to deal with all this. I'm blaming them, and their level of ******ity as of late has reached an all time high. People in their position should know when to open their mouths or atleast think before they say something. Now they're being so dumb, they think a lawsuit isn't gonna backfire.
LOL!both camps made mistakes in handling this issue. So are you giving Floyd's camp a pass on this?
Blood testing has received a lot of attention because it is a new concept in the drug testing world. There is a blood test for EPO use, but it is only an indirect test that can be used as a screening measure to save money by determining whether the urine EPO test needs to be conducted. All the blood test does is tell the testers that the athlete has an unusual blood profile that warrants further investigation. The abnormal profile could be caused by the use of EPO, some other blood boosting drug, or just be explained by the athlete being a genetic freak or living at altitude. The testers then perform the urine EPO test to determine whether artificial EPO is the cause of the abnormality. The blood test does not have to be done in order for the athlete to test positive for EPO.
-Dr. Don Catlin
Former head of the UCLA Olympic Analytical Laboratory, one of the top drug labs in the world, and he headed the drug testing lab at the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics. Dr. Caitlin is the same head of the UCLA lab that helped to expose the Balco doping scandal. Dr. Catlin, considered the most prominent anti-doping drug tester in the world.
" the case of Mayweather vs. Pacquiao, it is asserted that urine based testing alone, as required by the Nevada Commission does not and can not detect all banned supplements. When asked his opinion, Victor Conte, former head of BALCO, and obvious expert on the subject has given his take on the blood test crisis, In my opinion, blood testing for the Pacquiao-Mayweather fight is more important for detecting possible blood doping or use of EPO than it is for human growth hormone"Traditional testing in boxing, its basically worthless other than the detection of some types of stimulant, before and after a fight. To just say, Ill be tested on this date, theres all sorts of things you can do with announced testing, you cant do with unannounced testing." Though Conte is a convicted steroid distributor his opinion on this topic certainly carries weight. "

I got this from other posters, can't remember from whom but mad props to them:
If you read both articles, both experts are saying that abnormal level of EPO can be detected by blood test. The difference is, in Doc Catlin's article he explained that an ABNORMALY/ARTIFICIALLY INDUCED EPO can only be detected by URINE TEST. I'm sure if they asked that question to Conte they would get the proper answer.. And HGH as i gathered are mostly used by body builders, it helps in building mass muscles quicker than normal, BUT it doesn't help in any way in increasing an athletes speed and quickness, this drug even dampens it and makes the person slower..
more than 48 hours in 30 days bro...You forgot Roach changed his mind on the cut off date about 5 times...
That's in the beginning of negotiation, floyd initially offered a 7-8 random blood test the entire training schedule, that's ridiculous because manny ussually does 8 weeks of training prior to a fight so that would mean a random blood test for every week in training camp. Then team pac counters with a 3 days blood test with unlimited urine test, the last blood test right after the fight. Then the mayweathers leaked this detail to the press, insinuating that team pac is weaving their way to get past the random blood test.. What the F****k is that??!! They should have just made a counter offer, their still negotiating, It's a simple process, if they really want this fight they could have offered 3-4 random blood test but not closer than 72 hours before the fight and the last one right after the fight or something like that!!!
