I made those comments because you talked about the NSAC as if their laws being 40 years old makes them good. That makes them ****ty. The PEDs out now are more advanced than the ones from three years ago so what does that tell you? And even NSAC members will tell you that their regulations are garbage. The networks and the promoters have so much power that there is really very little they can do.
We had a great opportunity here to change that but everyone's favorite fighter cares as much about boxing as his opponent. Meaning, he doesn't. I like Manny Pacquiao but his actions are so telling, I can practically see his lips moving. The only thing worse is reading these board and discovering how many people support these actions.

" In the various US states, whether by case law or legislation, there are generally several "privileges" that can get a defamation case dismissed without proceeding to trial. These include the litigation privilege, which makes statements made in the context of litigation non-actionable, and the allegedly defamatory statement being "fair comment and criticism", as it is important to society that everyone be able to comment on matters of public interest. Now Floyd Snr being and expert in the field of training fighters would come under " fair comment and criticsm "
Its very hard to win a defamation case , Pac has no hope in this .
You Pac fanboys are getting flogged in all this debate , your ship is sinking .

The Floyd fans making fool about Pacquiao they trying to underestimate this asian third world fighter
In reality the GBP and Mayweathers press hypocrisy making change tunes everytime failing to agree with Team Pacquiao. In the end GBP/Mayweathers looks like a fool to boxing community.
I guess Mayweathers need to fight Mosley....but i guess pacquiao is the best fight for floyd and gbp and mayweathers know that... all the avantages are on Floyd physically the weight the venue etc.
Changing of tunes??? GBP/Floyd needs a Pacquiao..

Mayweather fans if Pwill or Sergio Martinez offered to fight floyd at 154, if the Pac fight fell through, do you think he'd actually take either fight? I'd bet the house that he signs to fight Matthew Hatton instead, the "other" brother.

Dude you need some context.....
Floyd has been there for a long time but he has been relatively inactive....
Let me school you on some things....
Floyds first fight @ welter was with Judah. Cotto, Manny etc etc were @ 140 and 130-135 @ the time. Floyds second fight was with the recognised champ in Baldomir, who floyd copped a grilling for not fighting before judah. AS for Margarito he was offered 8mil. He was also offered 8 mil for Baldomir. Same money less risk and the champ. No boxer or their advisers would have chosen MArgarito.....thats just a plain fact.
Third fight was against ODLH. Again no fighter is going to go fight Mosley or Margarito or whomever you say floyd ducked when they can fight the cash cow and make 35 mil in one fight.
Floyd retires/takes a break.
Floyd comes back and fights Hatton. Again same argument as DLH. Who is going to fight Mosley or Cotto when you are being offered Hatton. Another cash cow.
Floyd retires again. 18 months this time.
Floyd takes a tune up against JMM (the man many say beat Manny twice) to position himself to fight another cash cow in Manny Pac. Again look at all the fighters trying to fight Pac.....malignaggi, bradley, foreman....any boxer and their dog wants manny right now...for $$$$$
This is floyds history @ WW. When Manny was moving up he did the same thing as floyd did. As soon as he got the opportunity he fought both Hatton and ODLH. He didn't go and fight Mosley now did he?? Want to know why?? The same reason floyd did......for the $$$$$$$$$$$.
Floyd isnt about to fight Mosley or Williams or whoever after a 2 yr layoff when he can fight JMM and position to fight Pacman. No fighter would. Neither did Pac. He didnt go fight Miosley or Williams....he went for DLH and Hatton then a crushed Cotto.......NOW FLOYD....money talks

I'd pay money to see Floyd Sr take the stand, the comedy alone would be worthy of PPV.
