Why has pbf being allowed to change the rules. Boxing has always used piss tests. Pbf was quoted as saying he would wupp pac BC pac is to one dimensional if that's the case the whole blood testing issue for peds shouldn't even matter. Truth is Floyd is using this to back out of the fight and make it look like pac don't want to fight. But we all know from past history that pac will fight anyone while Floyd has a history o avoiding risky fights

Why did team Pacquiao agree to it in the first place if it's not a big deal?

Why didn't they just say: "We will not use the testing protocols of any other agency but the NSAC" ?

Don't you think that would've avoided all the drama about testing in the first place?

The entire issue is complicated because it was even brought up in the first place.

Nevada has had these regulations in place for 40 years, it was good enough for Leonard,Hearns,Hagler and Duran and all the other greats post and prior but not for Mayweather?

Why should he come along and change the way the game is played, he hasn't earned the right to do that, this guy has been at the welterweight limit for 5 years and still hasn't had a tough fight yet, unless you count Carlos Baldomir.

I respect his talent but that is where my respect ends, this entire issue was brought up to create a distraction and that's exactly what he is to the welterweight division unless he chooses to fight a real welterweight with a pulse. Didn't he originally request for this fight to take place a 154? But when Paul Williams challenged him at 154, his fans went nutty(most of them are) and said that he isn't a 154 pound fighter--hypocrites.

I guess Manny won the pre-fight. Now,Floyd is going to have his hands full.He's got less than 2 1/2 months to get down to 147. If he doesn't loose the weight safely,Pacman is going to beat him up after 5 rounds as we all knew that Manny keep the same pace for 12 rounds & will not have a hard time with 147. And now,he's more motivated because of the allegations that Floyd's camp stirred around.I'm glad the fight is back! If Floyd comes in in good shape then he should winby decision.But if he doesn't,I see Manny pummeling him & might stop him.

Listen if he stood there and let Cotto tee off on him for a few rounds, I highly doubt he would be scared to face PBF, who'd likely just pot shot him all night.

Bare in mind I think PBF will win if they do meet. I disagree that Pac would be scared to face him, as he (Pac) seems to be a highly competitive athlete, which is what fuels his success in my opinion.

If you guys read the article again, you would understand that the $10 million dollar penalty for the weight issue that Team Pacquiao "proposed" didn't even have to be a requirement for a welter fight.

Team Mayweather simply agreed to it to appease Team Pacquiao and move the negotiations along and get it out of the way.

You can bet your bottom dollar the issue would've been blown out of proportion if Team Mayweather did not agree to it.

Ok now the ball is in team Pacquiaos court. I've said before they only had an issue with the USADA performing the tests, so if the NSAC does it and agrees to a 24 hr cut off, Manny has to agree. I'm sorry but otherwise what all these Mayflowers are saying is true then!

And the majority of the boxing public would agree that it's turned out into a silly event that could've been prevented had there been no cutoff date issues.

Paqiou the peoples champion!!!!!!mayweather used to be great just no longer lives up to the hype!!!more talk than show!!!!and has his own way of making fights favor him like coming in overweight and after seeing some several pics i think and am pretty sure that he uses some type of dope as well!!!!!after all his uncle and dad know what to use and how to use it,and if mayweaher just isnt believeable or trustworthy and a big mouth lier!!!!
