            Haye and Pavlik spring to mind straight away.
            Hopkins too as an afterthought, but he's an old man so could be excused more than the others

                Na, there's still a possibility that maybe Pavlik wasn't 100%. Caballero totally punked Juan Ma and Lopez ran up to the next weight class. That's the most blatant duck there was.

                    After all his trash talk, T-Shirts, boasting etc. he backed out of a fight with each Klitschko.
