They submit to blood twice for every fight anyways. The USADA was affiliations with GBP and the NSAC does not. The NSAC always does the testing in boxing fights, GBP wanted the USADA to do the testing for this one for some reason though- announced this week

The NSAC is the governing body for this fight and he will abide by whatever testing procedures they want. The USDA has nothing to do with this fight.

1) 8 ounce gloves are common for fights at 147

2) Mayweather has come over the agreed upon weight limit before so there is reason to believe that he may do it again
