Bradley would fight him but request the USADA testing and now he says he will fight but no testing is needed. Shaefer allegedly accused Pac of being on roids in a private meeting with this representative after the Cotto fight now he says he never said anything remotely close to that and is only asking for the tests at Mayweather Sr's request, lol. Mayweather Sr is on tape accusing Pac after the Cotto fight and is gonna be the scapegoat for this one. Mayweather and his camp are going to see what being unprofessional will get you in civil court. GBP is gonna have to pay more than what the fight would have generated in the first place because of the stink that Pac is gonna have to carry around with him now.

They submit to blood twice for every fight anyways. The USADA was affiliations with GBP and the NSAC does not. The NSAC always does the testing in boxing fights, GBP wanted the USADA to do the testing for this one for some reason though- announced this week
