actually when he came in over the 144 catch weight limit it was agreed that he could come in up to 147 but if he didnt then he would have to pay a penalty and thats what happened,tel me another time he hasnt made a contracted weight?

The NSAC is the governing body for this fight, why do they need an outside agency to administer the tests.

Floyd should go back to amateur boxing then, were the IOC enforces these Olympic random testing religiously. maybe he'll win a silver medal this time...

read it again, i said record, he has a record of reneging, not records. even if he is allowed to come in up to 147 he still reneged the 144 catch weight thats why the penalty.

8oz gloves are standard, not a demand. 50/50 split is just giving Pacquiao what he is worth, not a demand. 10 million for every pound over is because Floyd cheated last time. Floyd has NEVER had problems making 147, only last time he cheated Marquez at the last minute, so this "demand" is not unreasonable, it's just a guarantee that he won't cheat Pacquiao the same way. It's about as much of a demand as saying "If an asteroid hits the earth in the next 15 minutes, you have to pay me 10 million." Not gonna ****ing happen, therefore it's a moot point.

Floyd is too ****ing demanding. USADA somehow has ties to GBP, and it's pretty clear to see that Pacquiao don't want Floyd to be in control of the drug testing because they don't ****ing trust him.
