That is not an evidence maybe its just because Pacquiao is that good!!! But his refusal to take a random test (Please no ****** to lecture me on how manny is willing to take a "random" test pls) makes it look like he might have been taking something illegal in training camp to build himself up.

If the Gayweathers want to change the testing procedure for all boxing matches let them try by going through all the steps. But suddenly coming out after agreeign to a fight to change the normal testing procedure is ******ed.

Gayweather is the one taking punches and if he wants to request for additional testing to make sure both fighter are clean then who are we to talk?? All i know is if any boxer who stand a chance of raking in $40 million dollars was ask to do the same test as his opponent then i think they would.

I think the Gayweather camp dont really have any trust in the normal test that the NSAC administer to boxers since alot of boxers have beat the NSAC test and the most reason why Team GAYweather ask for the additional test.
