vitali klitschko:a look at his career

compared to wladimir I think vitali hasn't done nearly as much as people think.I think he's on top of a very inexperienced, weak division.he's fought 3 former world champions going 1-2.beat peter & lost to Byrd & lennox.if you count the wbo fights prior to 2005 he's 5-2.he's 3-1 in wbo fights prior to 2005.his wins were against herbie hide,edmahone(21-0-2 at the time),obed Sullivan(gatekeeper),lost to Byrd.he's been in 7 world title fights going 6-1.he lost to lennox & beat an unproven kevin Johnson, chris arreola(mccline the only legit guy he beat),corrie sanders(big punching fringe contender),danny Williams, gomez(beat samil sam & old mccall).Sam peter is his best win & the kirk Johnson(1 time title challenger).he's 2-0 in title eliminators...his resume includes donald & fringe fighters vaugn bean & orlin Norris(trialhorse) & good old Ross puritty....he's hasn't had any big names but Byrd & lennox...he lost to both.solid career but making a late push for the hall but he's no sure thing if you look at his career.he hasn't nearly fought the competition guys like Rahman, tua, wladimir klitschko,Holyfield,Tyson, even Byrd has fought better.

The lads he needs to destroy for a better legacy: KO no-valuev, Haye and retire on top.

vitali is older than tua,Rahman & is close to age with several fighters who he could have fought but didn't

i think Vitali is a Very Good heavyweight. He would give any Heavyweight in history a good run for their money. But i dont think he would win all of them or many. But his size and great stamina would benefit him a lot. He does have Good Punching power, but i feel he is doesn't have the RAW skill set like other great heavyweights.

this is a classic example of a fighters resume not telling the full story of how good they actually are (alot like jmm or toney in some ways).

vitali doesn't have the resume of tyson but most boxing fans are pretty adamant that vitali would KO a prime tyson. vitali doesn't have the resume of ali, frazier, foreman, holmes, norton, holyfield or other greats but again most boxing fans are pretty certain that he would be hards night work for any of them and would probably beat holyfield, tyson, holmes and berbick.

he is a better fighter than his resume suggests - sometimes boxrec doesn't tell the whole story

my opinion is vitali hasn't fought that great of competition compared to others.he barely loses rounds but hey he lost 2 the best guys he ever fought.he's the best now but he's missing almost all the best guys of his time.toney, maskaev,Rahman, tua,Tyson, ruiz, but he lost to Byrd & lewis'.I don't care how but he still lost.

if you have seen him fight and you know his style then you know that he is a better fighter than his resume suggests.

                    Well,
you must have forgot(shout out to Roy Jones lol),that Vitali never get dominated in a ring.
He was dominating Lewis and get stopped cuz of cuts.Lewis won,but you have to say how.
Vitali cuts easy, here is his main weakness,he get cut against Arreola and Johnson tough he almost never get punched in the face in those fights.

And where you lost any credibility is when AS AN HYPOCRIT,you bring on the Chris Byrd's fight but ducked WHY he lost.
Chris was gettin killed by Vitali until Vitali did quit cuz of a torn rotator cuff.

Your thread is a crusade against an honnest and good boxer,it's shamefull.
