WTF! I guess there are more idiots in these boards than I estimated. Why should the burden of proof be on manny? If the fight gets cancelled, Floyd will be remembered as the one who demanded an unnecessary drug-testing procedure so that he can get out of the fight and fight Matthew Hatton in England. He has ducked Cotto, Mosley, Williams and Margarito before. What makes you think he won't duck Pacquiao?

If Team Pac really think Mayweather is scared why not say yes to the tests and then just beat him in the ring or wait for him to find another way to get out of it? Because they don't truly believe that!

Why would someone ask for drug tests to be done if they didn't want the fight? Would that not be calling Manny's bluff? How does Goldenboy/Mayweather know that Team Pac would say no? Because this would only be a reliable way of getting out of the fight if they KNEW for a fact that Pacquiao would refuse vehemently to take the test. I honestly think people need to stop being silly if they honestly think Mayweather doesn't want this fight.

Anyway Ellerbe said it is Haymon and himself that want the test not Floyd. They are probably assured that the fight will happen one way or another, they just want their demands heard.

Well, why does PBF want Pac to prove he is clean, when he didnt have problems with DLH?
Its basically making people think Pac isnt clean by asking him to take tests he never asked any previous opponent!!

The question is, is there any fight of Floyd Mayweather Jr. that has undergone such like the olympic style of drug testing? Is the Nevada State Athletic Commission, who is considered the strictest drug testing agency in boxing not enough or qualified to test any boxer...Is there reputation (NSAC) already in doubt or questionable after a long years of existence & only after the Mayweather's demands were not granted? Why question Pacquiao not the NSAC who conducted the test, ever since he has been tested clean in all his fights by this agency?

The Mayweather's played this kind of nonsense trash talkings & made the heads of every low level IQ fans, media practitioners, etc. on their pockets by simply entertaining their tricks...In Pacquiao's part, he has complied with all the necessary requirements in every boxing agency's procedure and tested clean throughout...

In short, it's about Mayweather's tricks over the respected NASC reputation...

Wether Pac's camp win's in court or not? it wont change his reputation anymore! coz doubt will remains there unless he comply and fight Floyd. Until now they dont have a valid reason why Pac refuses USADA test system, everything sounds to be an alibi especially the needle one, about getting weak? i think medical expert knows better than the promoter or trainer so its not acceptable as well and the superstition thing? well! it has no room for people who have strong faith with the lord as what Pac portrayed in the public. Well Manny you don't take anything but Ariza gives it to you. Nice smoke screen but it is still an issue that he doesn't want to do the testing. Pac is fighting the test with tooth and nail. Andy Petite from the Yankees took HGH to recover quicker from an injury and stay on the top level, no matter how many tests it didn't show up. It took a Federal Hearing cause he was mentioned as a reciepiant that he came clean. Then we had AROD...

How about if Manny would has said yes to the test? Would you think Floyd will still fight him or look like a jerk trying to get out in a different way(I'm not a Floyd fan)? The only request is a test done 3 times one of them being random before 30 days of the fight seems fair to me. It is raising more questions why wouldn't he do it. If you competed clean in a sport wouldn't you want everybody else to be clean an as all eyes are on you set a standard?
