This all seems like last resort tactics.

Lol! Most people (fighters) would be so angered by the accusations, that they would want to prove the accusations false by accepting the challenge at all costs to show everyone they had nothing to hide and could beat the opponent convincingly.

Your right, thanks. I made the edit. Its funny I did contract law for years, for Sprint publishing, and it is amazing at how many people will come into court, or in this instance on this website) and argue about what he can or can not do legally, and they have no ****n idea of the basics of Contract law.

Expected performance of an agreed up action
in exchange of agreed up method of repayment, as stated in the contract
        has to be legal.
Does not normally have to be in writing, but to protect all sides a written contract has the agreement for all to agree to, to ensure no misunderstandings, and if has to be reviewed later can be used by either side to show exactly what the agreement was.

Right. I think an informal agreement was probably signed by both sides to, give it the green light so to speak, and get the negotiations rolling.

In this case, an official contract wasn't signed by either side yet. I don't think.

He didn't say that, did he?
He was directly commenting on Pacquiao in a November 14 interview with Sports Illustrated.

"Man, that guy is on something. There's no way in the world he's going to be walking back a big man like that...I know Floyd is the best, but when your opponent uses something illegal, even the best can get hurt."

I like the quote in the previous post better. Still, damning stuff.

Energy...It will provide him energy, which is everything in boxing. Look at pyror vs Arguello. A close fight, until the 13 or 14 round a burst of energy by one fighter, when another has none left is huge. Look at Mayweahter dlh, when DlH was shot, was when Mayweather came on.

Recover time, strength, energy, being able to move up and have the same power, strength... HGH is a *****, impacts a lot of people in different ways. Look at Mosley in the last round of his an DLH 's first fight.

Nah, this is a defamation/libel/slander suit here. Big Floyd done fked up. I take it all back. Jr. is in for it too. In that Rugged Man interview he made some slander laden comment.

I was only aware of Jr. saying something scandalous previous to Killa's posts.
