Heīll lose. Random doping tests are mandatory for all olympic sporting events and that doesnīt imply that you dope. A refusal or missing three tests within 18 months does result in a ban though. I guess that only adds to Mayweathers case (if the lawsuit went through), that non-compliance with the doping test results in a ban from any competition. If anyone has slandered Manny name itīs him and Arum in the way they handle the whole situation. Maybe he could sue himself.

I am almost ready to shift my view to one of Pac not taking the roids to maybe so. He is acting guilty.

Also does he have no clue on the American Justice system? Requesting standardized testing on both parties does not impune one party. Get real. Take the test bitc*!

Refusing to random testing it's everyone's right to refuse. Another fact is, Pac already agreed on the blood test, before and after the fight.

IF someone tells you that they suspect you're drug user and they will ask you to be tested would you subject yourself to be tested just b-coz this "someone" said so?

And even without that, look at cases like Sugar Shane Mosley. When did he test positive? Yet he admitted to using performance enhancinf substances. You have all these other sports that dont pay a fraction in a lifetime of competition of what Manny stands to do that night, and they are subjected to Olympic Style ramdom testing, and Manny can't do it for one fight? For a guaranteed $25 milliom plus sponsors plus PPV? I was a fan of Manny. But he is an ambassador of the sport, and if he cant man up and show the world hes for real, he is casting doubt upon himself and the sport. If hes clean, just prove it. If not, go join Mosley, Vargas, Margarito, Luis Resto, Chavez junior and the rest of the cheaters. He honestly cant expect the fans to beleive the needle story and that a mere sample of blood leaves you weakened. If that were the case, how come Lance Armstrong had to give samples almost every day in competition and still won 7 tour de France? The needle story sounds like the Arum bitchin when Margarito got caught.
Good post-there seems to be a lot of resistance towards this style of testing, and to most people-they would die to make 40 million. To me,this simply isn't the way most innocent people react.I'm not accusing Manny of anything, but it looks bad on his teams behalf. The general public would have no problem with him doing these tests, in fact, most people prefer clarity. This whole ordeal is only frowned on by die-hard Pacquiao fans-it makes you wonder why these people are nervous about him taking these tests, maybe even they are losing confidence.

With nothing to fear and 40 million dollars on the table, he can have my left pinky.

Thousands of athletes from Roger Federer to Kobe Bryant to the last member on an Olympic curling team have to play by these rules and agree to random testing any time between 7 in the morning and midnight all year round. They have to notify their national doping agency, about their whereabouts for one hour of each day of the year.
But Might Manny is being witch-hunted.

Mosely never failed drug tests either, but admitted to doing them.Urine tests are easily passable.Lets face it,wouldn't you as a fan prefer to see Mayweather vs Pacquiao. This all brings intrigue, which is why I wouldn't be surprised if this is being blown up to gain notoriety for bigger interest for ppv $$$. I think the real problem is Manny has met his match with Floyd when it comes to negotiations...

A MUST READ ARTICLE ABOUT BLOOD DOPING AND TESTING STANDARDS.....FROM THE EXPERT....THATS RIGHT NONE OTHER THAN VICTOR CONTE.....THE MAN WHO HELPED MOSLEY, JONES AND MONTGOMERY AVOID DETECTION FOR YEARS

I WILL GIVE YOU A SMALL SUMMARY HERE....CONTE BASICALLY SAYS

"TRADITIONAL TESTING IN BOXING IS BASICALLY WORTHLESS"

AND TO TOP THAT OFF HE EVEN SAYS ITS EASY TO BEAT USADA TESTING ASWELL

                    I WASN'T SURE ABOUT MANNY......NOW I THINK I DEF AM!!!!!!!!!

THATS RIGHT FOLKS EVEN RANDOM BLOOD TESTING BY USADA CAN BE BEATEN!!

WHICH IS WHAT IVE BEN SAYING ALL ALONG.....ITS EASY TO USE PEDS AND NOT GET CAUGHT.......IT IS NOT IN ANYONES BEST INTEREST FOR SPORTS STARS TO BE TESTING POSITIVE FOR PEDS........

SAD TO SAY BUT IT LOOKS LIKE MANNY'S LEGACY IS TAINTED FOREVER!!!
