First of all Pac won't win a case. He's an idiot to even think he has a case which involves slander. Especially since he is a public icon. It is my understanding that one of the elements essential in litigation involving slander is that the plaintiff can prove he/she has suffered monetary damages. I am unaware of any monetary damages Pac has suffered due to the alleged accusations. Unless Pacquiao can point to specific and quantifiable damages, I find it difficult to believe that the courts would rule in favor of Pacquiao, much less, award any monetary compensation.
