Hahaha paulie has been the most vocal of all the people calling pac out and yet they'd let him get away with it? They are pissing in the wind and merely trying to deflect the attention away from pac's juicing, but regardless of what happens pac has a stain on his reputation now.

        I knew this would happen

I responded in a previous thread that Pacman would be suing Mayweather over these accusations. There is alot of money at stake...I knew this would happen!

          Cant win

First of all Pac won't win a case. He's an idiot to even think he has a case which involves slander. Especially since he is a public icon. He basically has to accept that since he is a public icon, there is nothing he can do. All you morons who think they know the laws should really read upon them first.

So? What does that have to do with anything?

I have a friend who graduated from Harvard 2 years ago and now he manages the ****ing Forever 21 here at the mall. He also has a bacardi bat tramp-stamp tattoo on his lower back.

You probably think Im kidding but I swear to god im not.

I dont think The Mayweathers or GBP is scared of Bob Arum or his degree, just like im not intimidated by my friends degree. Its impressive but it doesnt mean he cant be wrong and do some ****** ****.

It is my understanding that one of the elements essential in litigation involving slander is that the plaintiff can prove he/she has suffered monetary damages. I am unaware of any monetary damages Pac has suffered due to the alleged accusations. Unless Pacquiao can point to specific and quantifiable damages, I find it difficult to believe that the courts would rule in favor of Pacquiao, much less, award any monetary compensation.

If the judge orders Pac to take the blood test and he passes it with flying colors. Expect a big settlement from the Mayweather Clan and Golden Boy Promotions.

basically what you're saying is if you are a public icon, you aren't entitled to the same laws that anyone gets? i am not a lawyer but what you are saying sound bull**** to me.

what the mayweather's are doin' aint just some tmz stuff, if you accuse someone, you got to have proof.
