I think the courtroom battle will be quite a good substitute for the ring battle that Floyd is trying to run away from. I know I am looking forward to how it will unfold, and I will even bet all my points that it will end in an actual or moral victory for the pacman.

As i mentioned in another thread if pac was willing to take blood tests the risks of cycling off three times in a short period will be too risky to do, i dont think he will take HGH and cycle off three times, he can risk adrenal insufficiency, low blood pressure, joint pain, muscle pain, and than fight PBF. I will say that with the suit and if goes full course- it shuts my mouth since i did bring up that issue before, i think any clean athlete wont tolerate anyway accusing them of cheating.

Unfortunately, the biggest loser is the sport of boxing, no superfight and only bad publicity for the sport.

laugh, Bob Arum is going to take one look at this request and say wtf Manny, are you an idiot? We'll be the laughingstocks of the sports world. We've already got your trainer Freddy Roach on video saying no problem to Olympic style testing. And we've already announced publicly that we've had preliminary talks with Paulie Malignaggi about fighting him...and Paulie himself has publicly brought up the steroids issue. So how is that going to look? That we're willing to fight one guy (Paulie) who's said you're on steroids, but we're not willing to fight the other guy (Floyd) who simply wants you tested like all these other olympic athletes get tested. So we're going to sue one party but be okay to do business with the other? The judge is going to throw this lawsuit into the trash.

the burden of proof is in mayweather's camp. THEY have to prove that Pac has been doping.

all pac has to do is show his past clean test results from the nevada state athletic comm, cite specific recorded and printed statements from the mayweathers directly and indirectly accusing him of roiding.
