My grandparents were not communists, they were opposed to Bolshevism (Soviet communism), that's why they left.

It's better to eat out back with the dogs than be deliberately starved to death, or worked to death in the freezing cold in a Gulag (slave labor camp). At least the US blacks were free, they could decide to go north if they wanted.

    From wikipedia:

"According to Soviet data, a total of 1,053,829 people died in the GULAG from 1934 to 1953, not counting those who died in labor colonies or those who died shortly after their release but which resulted from the harsh treatment in the camps."

        Change of subject ICEMAN.

What do you make of this whole PAC - PBF fiasco ? Where do you stand in all this ?

** BTW, Merry X-Mas. Ain't seen you here in awhile, I did check out your website and I'm trying to get folks on here to jump on your message board(actually, that might be a disaster for you, considering all the characters we got on here)

I'm doing good, my man, thanks for asking...yeah, my board is pretty good...a few guys but they all seem to know boxing pretty well...the good thing is that I control the board, people cant get on unless I click the button to give them access...I wouldnt mind a little ****ing it out on the board as long as it didnt get REALLY nasty, u know? Some boxing fans REALLY get out of control, u know? LOL

I think for the most part the controversy is in place to make the fight the most talked about, the most financially successful fight ever...it is not the biggest ever though, and it will not be, no matter what they try to tell u...the first Ali-Frazier fight was the biggest...and will remain as such...

I couldn't care less if it was defined as "patriotic", Ali's refusal to go to Vietnam is one of the few things I like about him outside the ring.

From what I have read from countless people and from what I saw in person right on down to first hand account I got from people who actually knew him in real life...Ali was a VERY pleasant man outside the ring, AWAY from boxing...

Millions in the Soviet military during WW II didn't like communism, but they still fought the **** invaders.

Not liking the political system does not mean someone should not fight for their country.
