Cycling had to start sometime so did every other sport in the world. Truth is the steriod testing in boxing is a joke. there has been to many incidents of fighters cheating without us knowing because the testing is just not strict.

God, I hate arguing with idiots...but, he never refused to take drug tests. Just not any tests 3 days within the fight.

He's willing to take one immediately after the fight though, which is more useful information than any of the random drug tests you will be able to take throughout training camp and leading up to the fight.
