I laughed out loud when I saw the thread title. I voted maybe.

Mayweather's team is demanding olympic drug testing because they suspect Pacquiao is on something.

Pacquiao's team is demanding $10 million for every pound over 147 because Floyd came in two pounds over the contract limit.

Much like Mayweather's team is saying take the drug test if you have nothing to hide, they should accept some type of hefty fine for being overweight because of the last fight.

Both demands are reasonable, although $10 million is way too high. Maybe something like $2 million per pound?
