Pac's team are scared of Floyd being over the 147 limit at weigh in. I smell real fear in that team while Floyd is only joking with the blood steroids test.

I don't think there is any fear in either boxer. It's just their respective camp trying to gain an advantage over the other.

The blood test is not a joke as it's one of the terms which both parties verbally agreed upon. If they do sign the contract and the blood test was only a 'joke' one of the parties can argue that it should not be enforcable (Contracts Law: Objective Test).

$10 million does sound exessive just like the blood test. Both parties lack faith in each other. These assurances are their (both parties) idea of leveling the playing field or just playing psyche-war.
