The reason people think Pac is using PEDs is because hes retained his power right?

Steroids...sports version of McCarthyism. Guilty until proven innocent.

It's not like he weighed 130 on the scale and only added a few pounds before fight time in 05. His height, reach, and fight time weights are comparable to Ross, McLarnin, and many other great but smaller Welters (not that I'm calling Pac a great Welter just yet). The PED thing doesn't factor that in at all.
Ahhh McLarnin IMO in the top 5 greatest WW of all time.

If he was weakening his body by draining too much in the past, then why wouldn't be be more powerful when he's not draining, like right now? If you punch correctly, you get your weight behind your shots, right? Now that Pacquiao is a little heavier, he hits harder. It's really simple to see how he's gotten more powerful, or should I say, he's now able to utilize his full power, which was always there but not being 100% tapped into due to weakening the body and draining right down. Maybe his technique became better too? Very possible. The more you do something, generally the better you get at it.
Those things are all very possible, in fact probably likely. The other argument is that he had taken steroids.

Yea and what is sad about that. Is that is impossible to be proven innocent. People would go to there graves believing Pac is on roids.

Based on the astute observations of Paulie Malignaggi and the Mayweathers. Not saying its impossible, but there ARE examples of fighters who made similar moves up the scale and remained bad ass.

McLarnin blew out Corbett at Welter in similar fashion to Pac-Hatton. Pac is as good as McLarnin; Corbett was a damn sight better than Hatton.

Can anyone tell me how Tommy Hearns was able to retain his power above 147 and even above 160?

Since 1994, well beyond his prime, he had 11 fights until his retirement. 8 of those fights ended by stoppage. Granted, they weren't the biggest names,

but just how did the Hitman retain his power?

Was it just natural progression of his body size and maintaining his natural power punching abilities,

or was he using PEDs as well?

Even between the time period of 94 and the time of his welterweight days,

he was still slaying cats left and right.

              Idiots, come state your case.
To answer the question at the top of the thread,No. The *****s are ****ing on about this **** without a shred of evidence other than the hearsay ramblings of a former crackhead,a ponce with a bad haircut and a big mouth, a gutless perrenial loser who thinks punches are headbutts, and other assorted ******s, is because they have to have an excuse ready just in case their beloved pin up loses. They also cannot stand the respect and high regard Pacquiao is held in the world over, which is something floyd will never attain.

Everybody on this forum that isnt a ***** and has at least 2 working braincells knows these simple truths.

i dont think pac is on steroids. he just a naturally big puncher. im pretty sure if he was using some kind of substance it would have been discovered by now. it was a great win for pac against cotto and people should give credit where its due. will he beat floyd i highly doubt that. but if he does he should receive alot of credit and hope no one tries to downplay that with steroid allegations.
