I've seen a prime Pacquiao lose to Marquez twice.

    True story.
Marquez really overall is a better fighter than Oscar.

pac always loses on fantasy fights, he's usually the underdog for a reason.

These "would haves"are nonsense arguments. Only sissies make threads like this because they know their argument can never be dis-proven.

I seen paq's record and he had a draw with marquez because one judge scored it wrong, and he beat him in the next fight.

            True story.

Two robberies. Two fights when he was over the hill.

                But yes, you're right.

And, beat a ruined Vargas in a big fight.

                  That is it...

There's no way, not at any weight class, that a prime Pacquiao would've beaten a prime DLH. He would've been too big, too strong and too fast for him. There's no other way around it.

What's even more surprising is that some of them are in denial that DLH wasn't weight-drained and over the hill.
Should have learnt the lesson now never to underestimate Pac. There is no reason to believe DLH could have ever done to Cotto what Pac did.

So no. A prime Cotto wouldnt beat Pac at WW at all. Pac is ATG top 10 at least. DLH hasnt reached those dizzy heights.

Instead of going by what a record says, why not watch the actual fight yourself? Pacquiao was out-boxed by Marquez in both fights and was given a gift decision in the second fight. Didn't even deserve the first fight draw, IMO.
