  • Let's be real.. prime Oscar would've whooped Pacquiao

Are Pacquiao fans that uneducated? Have they ever seen a prime version of DLH?

There's no way, not at any weight class, that a prime Pacquiao would've beaten a prime DLH. He would've been too big, too strong and too fast for him. There's no other way around it.

What's even more surprising is that some of them are in denial that DLH wasn't weight-drained and over the hill.

Debateable. Depends on what weight class you're talking about. I don't think it's out of the question that would have been a competative fight.

I've seen a prime Pacquiao get out-boxed by an over the hill Morales.

I've seen a prime Pacquiao lose to Marquez twice.

        True story.

If Pac can neutralize Oscar left hook and still standing after 8rds. Then Pac wins this fight. Oscar had problems with southpaws and you add Pac speed and power. With Oscar stamina problems. Is really not out of the realm of possibility that Pac can win that fight

Before the Cotto fight I would have believed you but now I'm not so sure. I'm not saying Pacquiao is going to win but I'm not saying he's going to lose either. I'm a big Dela Hoya fan myself but I think Pacquiao southpaw stance will pose a threat to Dela Hoya at 140. It wouldn't be a fair fight anyway because Dela Hoya is too big for Pacquiao.

i belive pac has only entered his prime now, but anyways....

i think hoya would win but you have to remember hoya has always had problems with southpaw and/or fast/slick fighters.
