Mayweather vs. Whitaker is 50/50 in my opinion, either man can win. Mayweather would be more offensive minded against Whitaker. Whitaker is an underrated puncher in my opinion but his power isn't to that extent where Mayweather would give him the same respect he gave Zab Judah, although Whitaker is 10x the boxer Zab is.

Pernell could UD him, I think he would control the tempo and pace. Pacquiao's speed and overall style could give him a good scrap though.
