Kevin was taunting a lot but wasn't throwing ****...good defense but he barely was throwing **** back...
this is due to the mental part in Boxing, he tried to frustrate Vitali, this is why he didn't follow threw with punches because had he done that he would have been stopped, he knew he couldn't **** with him he had to bait Vitali into ****ing in hoping to get an opening but there was no initiative from Johnson all night. that shot in the last minutes where Johnson stopped his crap for a second but yet in the last 10 seconds he didn't throw shots he should have thrown the whole fight, it was a failed tactic from Johnson but it caused Vitali to look bad, when someone finally comes to fight there will be a different Vitali in the ring than we are used to, best believe..

Good post. YEah half the time Vitali had his right ****ed but paused because if he threw it it would have landed on the back of Johnson's head. After the 50th time it happened he should have just started belting him.

Bending below your opponents waist is against the rules and i think it should be enforced more often, give warnings. Alot of idiots are using it recently.

Well he did have 2 instances of "aggression". At the end of the 11th he talked **** to Vitali after the bell. then after the 12th bell sounded he started talking **** again & getting in Vitali's face. Volodymyr was in the ring and calmly kinda put his hand on Johnsons shoulder half like "good fight" half like "take a step back from Vitali" and Johnson shrugged him off all ****ing spaz like and looked like he was going to hit him for a second.

Vova was smiling and looked like he was ready to exchange if Johnson grew a pair. Would have loved to see Vova land a bare fisted right on Johnsons face.
getting gansta after the fight is over is a ***** move..he had 12 rounds to get gangsta

Vitali deserves no ****. KJ was in there for a paycheck, and lasted because he has good defense and avoided any bombs. I never liked Kevin Johnson and this just reinforces it.

Am I correct that you said you did not see the fight from your opening comment? He was not running from Vitali he was slipping punches and using defensive tactics.

It's crazy... Vitali is dominating the best guys out there, AND he's pressing the issue. Just because he wasn't knocking out a literal shell of a man doesn't mean he's lost it.

                  Only the great Timo Hoffman.

Johnsons plan was to be ultradefensive, pick his shots, and slide to a decision.

He didnt have to reach to catch Vitali though, and his corner had no plan B.

Bad fight, but I dont think Johnson is a coward. As with Chris, he just couldnt do his thing against someone of Vitali's caliber.

                      Next please.
