how many heavyweight titlist has vitali fought? I don't mean the wbo title before it was recognized(hide)? 3 peter, lewis' tkoed him & he quit vs Byrd.he's (1-2).I know what I like & I think you don't know what you are talking about.I'm sure you got your vitali underwear on & are tugging it to your vitali posters on your wall but that's okay we all are entitled to our opinions.

Vitali quit on his stool against Byrd when he was 7 rounds up on the scorecards with 4 rounds to go, he wouldn't have quit unless he really had to, he's not ******. He was also winning on all 3 scorecards against Lewis, but he did have an horrific cut.

You may not like him for whatever reason, but he's pretty much knocked out or dominated every other heavyweight there is to fight, what else do you want him to do?? He's 38/39 (?) and yet has barely lost a round in his last 4 fights.

I'm not a nuthugger by a long stretch but I know where to give credit and how anyone can not credit Vitali Klitscho is ridiculous.

First of all... I know exactly how hard is jab is... still... if somebody just throws his jab for his first rounds and you can time it a guy like Haye should be able to throw a right hand over it... and after he lands he will have the respect from Klitschko because Haye can punch... and afterwards we see how he reacts... yes, he is nervous, very tense... he had the luck that most guys don't have that speed to come around his jab, who is not only powerful but also fast.

What has Byrd to do with this dude... Byrd is a whole different fighter... he's an boxer with fast hands not an athlete with fast hands... if you stand in front of Klitschko you won't have a chance... but if you stay on the move and jump in with shots you have a very good chance of hitting him... and like stated if you punch as hard as Byrd even if you land you won't make much of an impression... Haye has power... without power you won't be able to beat the Klitschko's.

I think that Haye will loose against both Klitschko's but I give him the best shot at least at shocking Wlad so much that he can make it competive... and we will see if he can takes his punches... on the other hand will Klitschko only need one right hand... so the chances are not good for Haye... but who else... all else stand in front of them and will get hurt sooner or later. Speed with Power has a chance.

                  Hahahahahahaha!

                  Good one...................

You had me going until I realized that nobody in their right mind could possibly have given Johnson even one round.

Of course their punches hurt... but they fight them for whatever the fight lasts but doesn't throw real punches... I think that Johnson had really a great chance slip away and he will bite himself in the ass if he watches this one again.

He did pretty well defensively and his jab was landing pretty good as well... Klitschko looked worst after the fight then Johnson... but he threw what??? Probably 10 real straight rights... you can't expect if Klitschko is the aggressor and throws more to get an decision if you only land jabs... and Vitali was wide open for a sneaky right hand... I simply don't get it...

As he exchanged with in the last 20 seconds in the middle of the ring he landed some good leather... sadly it was the first time he let his hands go. What a waste to go 12 rounds with Klitschlo without even trying.

As I saw Johnson fight the way he did... I always had to think of Ali... honestly... Ali would have murdered Klitschko tonight and you saw as soon as somebody has a little bit of defense how much of a problem Klitschko has... David Haye ain't gunshy and if he could execute a gameplan for 12 rounds I would give him a slight chance... because I think that Vitali lands sooner or later... but if Haye's punches hurt him enough because like said he's so wide open for the right... he probably has a chance to slow him down enough that he can make it an interesting fight.

But you simply got to have it all to beat him... only handspeed won't do it... only chin won't do it etc.
You actually think Vitali had a problem with this guy? The only problem he had at all was putting him to sleep due to his scary ass defense only fighting style. If Johnson was half as busy on offense as he is defense, he would have blitzed Vitali like Sanders did Wladimir. Big Vit easily beat the snot out of him and if you think Vitali wasn't trying for as KO, just look at the punch stats. He threw 1013 punches! What heavyweight throws 1k+ punches? For a reference, Calzaghe doesn't even get off that much leather and Paul Williams barely has before. That's saying something.

@ 38, Vitali is a modern marvel and deserves more respect. He is the best heavyweight in the world since the 80's in my opinion.

No reason for it to go longer than 3 rounds.
You may notice that all the guys you mentioned there are all nowhere near completely defensive like Johnson was in this fight. That makes all the difference in the world. Of course it's going to be hard to KO a guy who has nothing on his mind aside from lasting 12 rounds with you and not even trying to win.
