Is it just me or would a loss be extremely bad for Mayweather?

It would be bad to lose to a shop worn Pac, whos had 50 fights. PBF is a rookie with less fights and less wear and tear on him.

Thats the excuse PBF fans use all the time. We might as easily say Pac is shop worn having fought so many great fighters and training for them.

What if he beats Pac? Or even dominates Pac?

      IF?

any defeat will be bad, but a KO will be devastating.

Gayweather is not fighting Shane Mosley because he's on steroid and has 5 lost.

He already lost to Castillo, he's just in denial.

i could really see the dude committing suicide if he loses. That 0 seems to be the only thing he has going for him in his life.

Is that the current excuse? "shop worn"?

Isn't Pac younger than PBF? With fewer lifetime fights? And much less lifetime gym time?

This will hurt Floyd PPV value.. People pay to watch him finally lose and once that happens he will be on HBO for free..

It depends how he loses. If he fights his heart out and loses a close decision or gets stopped in a war, then he has no reason to be ashamed.

It does hurt his drawing power because he short-sightedly put so much emphasis on being undefeated, when in reality fans don't care about records in boxing, they just want to see great fights. Most of his drawing power is that he plays the villain who everyone wants to see get knocked off. When he does get beaten, where does he go from there?
