The self proclaimed greatest fighter ever, and the media is already on his back for not fighting the top welters, not to mention guys like Merchant pointing out he is not the most exciting fighter around..

If he loses it will be a field day, if he gets blown out and kod it would be even worse.

Even a split decision loss would be bad for him. Most of Floyd's allure to casual boxing fans is that he's undefeated. But Pac ain't KO'ing Floyd or vice versa.

It's very bad because Mayweather and his followers might commit suicide.

        40-1

No more fans to see him fight AND he's not interesting to watch anyways

But I want him to keep fighting. I think it'll be a humbling experience if he loses to Pacquiao and fight more quality opponents...

it would be bad because of all the **** he talked about fighters who "got a loss"

but i think its really to motivate himself and show opponents he's not scared (even if he really is inside)

if he lost it would have to be one helluva fight.. as long as he had a choice to be in it he'd never give up. i think he'd be able to keep some respect, he definately would have it from the people that really appreciate him

It will be really good for boxing. Floyd, after his loss will try to get some REAL GOOD FIGHTS to prove himself to the public again.

If Mayweather were to lose, he would get tons of crap. That is why he only fights guys that he knows he can beat. He will beat Pacquiao on March 13 pretty easily, and then he will either take another break... or he will fight Shane Mosley.

Everything down the drain if he loses...his self proclaimed greatness relies on his undefeated record. His competition is very good but not great.
