Barrera beat Marquez. Knocked him down, outboxed him. Won on my card. That round should have been a 10-8 round for Barrera but ended up a 10-8 round because the ref didn't see the knockdown and took a point away from Barrera. So that would be two point. Even tho the points wouldn't have mattered on the scorecards because Barrera would have still lost 113-114 on two cars and 113-116. I think that Marquez would have been shook up if he didn't get time because Barrera caught him with a Clean Shot.Comment

I'm sure that the Barrera fanboys are simply winding me up here. They know of my dislike that I have for Marcy and are coaxing me into giving him credit.I have yet to see somebody state a convincing argument as to how Morales was a greater fighter than Barrera.Let's be perfectly honest here,Barrera beat Morales convincingly during their first fight,he outfought Morales and capped it off with a knockdown and there is no possible way to give credit to Morales for beating Barrera in their first meeting because he never did.Their second fight was crap and as I remember Barrera was giving the first half rounds of the fight to Morales and rallied strong, now perhaps Morales deserved the decision but it was nowhere near as bad as their first fight. The really is no debate about their third fight as Barrera won it clearly.
Both me are overrated but there was a clear victor in their trilogy and the superior fighter emerged and that was Marcy Antonita Barrera.Comment

Are you crazy? JMM was on his way to a 10-8 round. Then Barrera evened it. Then he lost the point he JUST gained by hitting JMM on the floor.Barrera beat Marquez. Knocked him down, outboxed him. Won on my card. That round should have been a 10-8 round for Barrera but ended up a 10-8 round because the ref didn't see the knockdown and took a point away from Barrera. So that would be two point. The rest of your post is just insane.
JMM outclassed Barrera. 118-110 was the best score. Barrera got schooled by a master.Comment

I agree with morales being number on but why did you not compare all three of them with common opponents1. Morales 2. Barrera 3. Marquez
That's the ranking
Morales-------Barrera------Marquez
Pacquiao(27)----Hamed-------Barrera(33)
Barrera ---------Morales--------Cassamayor(37)
Jones ----------McKinney-------J.Diaz
Chavez --------Tapia ----------Medina
Zaragoza ------Salud ----------Gainer
Chi -------------- Ayala ---------Juarez
Hernandez----- Juarez ----------Peden
McCullough-----A. Sanchez------Salido
Ayala -----------Peden ----------Polo
----------1----------2----------3
if you did it would read like this erik, jmm, and mab clearly being third
jmm clearly beat peden, a.sanchez, juarez and fared better against pac than mab ever did.
erik also out performed marco against ayala, j.jones, pac,
two things that mab resume has over Marquez are his victories over morales and naz
so based on those two win i see why people would have it erik , mab, and marquez
but i have it erik, marquez, and mab based on the fact that both erik and marquez out performed mab with their common opponentsComment
