[QUOTE=peyk-peyk;6927728]Gayweather was so afraid of Cotto and Margarito that he even threw a tantrum like a kid during a press conference. Just look at his picture...

Hey dummy, that was after he had fought the legitimate WW Ring Champion Baldomir. Then afterwards fought Oscar and broke all records. Where was Pac during that time? Oh yeah, going life and death with marquez only to be given a gift decision.

I really believe those comments we're to drum up interest in himself and make himself more well known by being controversial. We can't say it hasn't worked either.

Moron just to let you know, Fraud Gayweather retired prematurely because he was afraid to fight Cotto, Margarito, Mosley, and the rest of the real welterweights.

Pride. He didn't want to risk his undisputed record against dangerous guys like Cotto or Mosley.

that's absolutely fine by me as well! i have no problem with that, for as long he doesn't start whining that his countrymen are not behind him and wonders why he has so many haters and casual fans find him arrogant. and no pulling of the race card either and wondering why he is not getting any product endorsements. you want to play the bad boy then so be it. that's how you want to make your bed, you go lie on it

He wanted the Top WW's to beat each other so he doesn't have to fight them when he comes out of retirement.

If you ask all the true boxing trainers and comentators, they will tell you that Floyd retired because he either had to fight Margarito or Cotto.

He simply wanted bigger stars. He wants to have big fights and get the most money. He's a business man before he's a fighter. It's not a flaw, for the fans it might be, it's simply the way some think. I don't blame him for his own personal priorities.

He wanted all the fighters in the division to beat eachother up, but that's wha all fighters technically bank on. He wanted them to be bigger stars. That's why Cotto would have been the guy he preferred out of Manny and Cotto, because it's an easier fight, but it's also a big fight if he won. And a fight he can get the A-side of far more than he could with Manny. But, I don't think he feels he can't beat Manny.

For better or worse, he honestly thinks he can beat ANYONE. It's not a a scam. He believes he's that great.

He wants only big stars to prove it again. So, he retired to let them all become it or get forgetten. Some did it, Manny. Some are forgotten, Margarito. Trust, if he beats Manny clearly, in any way, it's either a rematch, or a fight with Mosley next. If Mosley loses and if Cotto comes back strong, he'll fight him next.
                      Thats dumb.
Cotto and Mosley are Bigger Stars then Marquez, Baldimor, Judah, Mitchell
Plus Cotto and Mosley are better fighters then Hatton
And Margarito is a bigger Mexican Star then Marquez

                      De La Hoya was old.

Cotto's been a Star in the sport for 3/4 years now.

Floyd could have fought any of them and made just as much money as the Hatton fight. SO quit giving the man excuses for not Fighting the BEST WELTERWEIGHTS in the Division. He Retired because he knew he would have to fight one of them, and say defeat.

and dont tell me Baldimor/Judah is a bigger star then Mosley/Cotto/Margarito because you will get ***** SLAPPED by your own conscience.
