Why does everyone keep bringing up the first Castillo fight without
taking into consideration that Floyd was injured and disregarding
the rematch in which Floyd beat him more convincingly when Castillo
weighed 147 while Floyd weighed 138 in a Light Weight bout? So
in actuality No one really knows what style can beat Floyd because
in the second Castillo fight, his game plan was not effective at all.

A fact dude... but don't bring it up everything that could look as Floyd had an disadvantage or could like he's an tough man... all excuses...

In fact I can see it even now... after May wins it had something to do with Manny's ear... or that the ''beating'' he took from Cotto *lol* was too hard... it's always something.

God knows how many ppl he fought with only one hand after breaking his hand... but that's no excuse he still should have knocked out everyone and stood there and traded fire... it's always something with Floyd... even if he would beat Pac and Mosley in the same night... ppl would still *****... some ppl simply can't never win...

I think Floyd went for all the big money fights like Manny has done
in his career as of recent. In my opinion, Roach has people fooled
to believe that Pacquiao was in danger with his last opponents but
before every last one of them fights he said something about how they
were past it or done. He has just went on record to say that Floyd
is Manny's toughest fight because out of all the supposedly bigger,
stronger and more dangerous opponents he has fought NONE of them
are on Floyd's level and if you don't believe me just check the sig.
You guys on Boxing scene know me by now and I like to keep the facts
out there and in plain view. While you praise Manny for taking tough
challenges and Floyd for ducking them, Roach feels Floyd is Manny's
biggest threat to the point he has to change Manny dominating
style up to get a chance to beat Floyd. Can't you see that? Also
can't YOU see that Manny fought two guys Floyd already beat? From
that fight Floyd had with Oscar, he saw Oscar was past it and how easy
it was to exploit Hatton. Can't you see that?

ONE Main reason I believe that if Pac puts him deep in the trenches Mayweather will QUIT is that he is ducking guys that can do that to him. He is hoping this don't happen of course with Pac but he's in a trap now, Pac will make it a fire fight or humiliate Floyd in the center of the ring with his hands saying come on ! The crowd will Laugh at Floyd , then boo him, HOW can you win a fight like That ??????????

If this fight goes the distance it will be because Floyd ran not because he stood and fought, he needs to stand and Fight, we and the world will pay good money to see a great fight, not a Marathon race.

I think now I remember you dude... aren't you the guy who tried to convice me that Margarito is the best out there and would beat Floyd? Do you now jumped shiff to Pacquiao??? A guy who is a fun of Margarito shouldn't really call a guy a chicken if his own fighter can't even get into ring without plastered wraps...

Second of all... which small guys did he fought??? Everyone he fought at his weight where at the time in this weight class with the exception of Hatton (who as stated before fought at WW before so he wasn't untested at WW and it was one weight class... you talking about May's fourth weight class dude) and Marquez... and who else??? You like a politician... you throw around with big words who have absolutely no context dude... but all these guys on these boards who have only half-knowledge because of their hate for May support you and you think you're right... you can't even make one real argument dude.

And like stated over you... you start right now with excuses about his ear so you don't have to give him credit for his win. Afterwards you will jump to the next fighter that Floyd is fighting and talk the same **** again...

I did pick against him but also was for him in the same breath. Like
I previously said, while Manny is a very good fighter, I see his flaws
and holes like I saw Cotto's (Wasn't I right about him?) His last
4 fights were impressive but none of them fighters displayed any
defense and now I learned that Manny is the best offensive fighter
because of his speed and now power. I thought size and power
would expose him but was wrong, sue me. I wasn't a big fan of
Oscar, Hatton or Cotto (as everyone knows) I didn't pick aggainst Manny
because I don't like him, I picked against him because I thought the
fighters could expose his flaws but didn't happen. Floyd is a different
story in my book and has the style to beat Pac.

All teasing aside , this is ought to be a great fight, one I have wanted to happen before Mayweather came out of retirement.

A few years back , I was shocked how Pac beat Barrera , then I knew in my heart he couldn't beat Morales the GREAT , I felt he was one dimensional, but I also knew that he was evidently learning still, I used to watch Freddie fight LIVE on tv and his trainer was none other that Futch the GREAT, having learned from one of the greatest trainers of all time he has become the greatest trainer of this generation and felt he might could turn him around so when the next Morales and third Morales fight took place I was mesmerized at the accomplishments and have seen him improve ever since.

Since putting on weight and demolishing opponents that were supposed to annihilate Pac, he has one more to go. Win or lose he has locked in his legacy as An ALL TIME GREAT !! He has taken on ALL COMERS. IRON SHARPENS IRON !!!

Nothing against Pacquiao but this is easy for May. Pacquiao since moving up has let everyone come to him... most boxers can't come forward and defend. Does anybody here actually think that Mayweather will walk straight to him like DLH, Cotto, Hatton, Diaz??? The only chance that Pacquiao has is to get lucky... if you hit May once his out of the way before you can even think about throwing the second. Easy decision win for May or even a KO. The Cotto fight ain't proved much in his chin apartment... the most punches he saw coming and Cotto actually as well hurt him (you always see it with him when Pacquiao touches his head... when he clabs his hands he ain't hurt) and did it pretty much with one shot at a time because he wasn't really able to follow up. Pacquiao also wasn't physical stronger as Cotto. He had simply punching power and if you beat up someone with your punches then it takes a toll on your body. That's why Manny chased him around but he wasn't physical stronger... it started after Cotto simply couldn't take anymore. If Pacquiao has to create offense by himself it's getting difficult for him... he will go crazy and if Mayweather times him right the lights will go out. You can call me crazy now but please mark my words... if I come back here after the fight and tell you I told you so.

Second of all... again what I don't get it how ppl cry about May ''running''. He's a mover... there is a big difference. Cotto for example for most part if he moves runs... he runs into an other corner to give him a breather... Mayweather moves and everytime but always in distance to strike for him. The foot movement throws the opponent off... that's his style... I don't come out here and say: Hey, Pacquiao isn't allowed to throw his left hand either or??? So stop the crying... if Pacquiao is everything that you guys say and is even faster then Mayweather it shouldn't be problem right? Stop the bitchin'... after Mayweather put on a boxing clinic against a great offensive fighter give the man his respect and don't start now with all the excuses and talk **** afterwards.

I like Manny and hope he can make it competive but I have my doubts... Mayweather is a WW now too... but he has AT LEAST the same handspeed and footspeed that Marquez and Morales had at their fights with Pac... so I see no reason why a guy who is even much more talented especially defense wise shouldn't get the job done...

I'm looking foward to the event... it should be the biggest fight of this decade probably even of the last two decades who knows... it's going to be great. 2 great fighters... still in their prime... what you want more... I'm excited

I will NEVER bet against Manny going up against any other fighter
again because he showed me what he can do BUT against Floyd?
I cannot cosign Pac beating Floyd and the main reason why I feel
that way is because of my sig BELOW. On top of that, Floyd to
me is just the all around better fighter technically, with a win mentally.
