Floyd is going to keep that jab in his stomach as well to frustrate Pac.
Aside from being an excellent outside fighter, Floyd can fight in the pocket
too and makes his opponents miss and pay. While Manny is a very good
fighter, he has a lot of openings and with the right mentality and timing
he can be exploited. Manny good but Floyd is just better in my eyes
but won't be mad or surprise if Manny pulls it off but don't see it happening.

That's what training camp is for and as Roach has stated many times theirs is no longer a teacher-student relationship but has evolved into a more symbiotic one where Manny sometimes sees things before Roach even points them out. I don't know who will win but I am confident Manny will learn what he needs to learn.
I don't know man. Do you think that Freddie Roach will have enough
time to get Manny into a different rythm before March? And most
importantly, one that can be effective against Floyd? Manny has been
dominating his past fighters and Roach still says Manny has to change
that style up to beat Floyd. Sure Manny can learn on his own but if
you really look at it from a whole, Manny has been fighting the same
way he has before but just against slower fighters with no defense.
Not taking anything away from Manny because he has gotten stronger
but when was the last time he fought someone with the skill of Marquez?
None of his fighters displayed any defense but instead opted to exchange
and try to bully Manny. Name one time that Floyd ever compromised
himself to fight another fighters fight? Roach knows that Manny will
have to fight Floyd's fight and not the other way around and trying
change Manny up at this stage after being so dominate with
his style now, may prove to be a bad move.

Mayweather is a very good fighter.Me personally, I have never considered him an all time great. He has a great defense, but this is not basketball or football where a great defense wins championships.I think that Floyd has what it takes to beat Manny, but his last few fights have not showed me that he has enough offensive output to win a decision over Manny. If Floyd uses that defense with a nonstop jab and throw flurries and crisp combinations, it will be a wipe out. Manny will not be able to stand up to it.But of late, Floyd throws one punch potshots. He loves that check-hook,a jab to the body, and a straight right hand.He basically picks his opponents apart with it. But Manny is not an ordinary opponent and it will take soooo much more than that to beat him. There are no more questions for Manny to answer. We know how he will respond to every situation. We know that he has a granite chin, we know he can dig down and fight from behind on points. We've seen him against boxers and brawlers. The man simply finds a way to win. He does not get discouraged and he can come up with the KO punch at any time. Yet...he is beatable. I think Mosley has the style, speed, and punch to beat him. That's why neither guy is interested in fighting Shane. Floyd has the tools, but over the years his punch output has went down. Can he win a decision like that over an extremely popular hard hitting action fighter like Manny?Hopefully on March 13th we will see.Floyd wins all his fights strictly off of his ability. To beat Manny, he will have to rise to another level. His ability alone will not get him the victory. He will also have to do something he is definitely not known for...TAKE RISKS! If these adjustments are not made, Manny wins on March 13th by unanimous decision.

is a very good defensive fighter and can switch it up and adjust at anytime
and is also an excellent counter puncher who exploits openings. Pac is
a strictly speedy offensive fighter. Definitely a good south paw that
will give Floyd some trouble but technically Floyd is just the more sound
fighter and the fact that Roach said he needs to reteach Pac inorder to
get into Floyd's zone, shows right there what level he think Floyd is on
Sure Pac is a good fighter and is not to be slept on but Floyd to me wins
this. Cotto was supposedly be able to hit harder than Pac and look what
happened to him? Pacquiao has and always will have problems with guys
who can box and displays defense.
Floyd employs many fighting techniques at the same time: the constant movement, the bobs, ducks and weaves, the philly shell, and those excellent counters. But Pac has abilities that negates those too: throws with power from weird angles, doesn't reset before launching combos, has missile-like accuracy, and has such nimble feet that he simply catches opponents off guard. There is no question in my mind that he will get in. The problem is if he will be able to fight his fight well enough to win.

I can’t wait for this fight to happen. It gives me another reason to bring out the grill and have a great night with friends. For all the Boxing fans out there you are in for a great “treat” I see Floyd outclassing Pac-Man for 12 rounds, similar to the JMM fight. After the fight Pac, will become a full-time singer and actor and win the election in his country and as for PBF, he will fight SSM in September and beat him as well.

mayweather is very talented , but castillo did get to him and many thought beat him in there first fight. I personally think mayweather was better back then, he could throw more punches and moved more. floyd has never fought an athlete like manny, and granted that goes both ways but him relying on his defensive, i dont think that will work against the manny we have seen over the last year. we have seen the power manny has carried to WW, and his chin and energy. i think manny's great offense beats and very possibly knocks out floyd and his great defense, especially when you consider that floyd has not been tested defensively in a long time.
