    manny's body compisition changed, its not all about weight. he has virilized a lot very suddenly for someone his age. some steroids only stay in your system for a few days and there are masking agents and cleansing systems just like there are for weed.

          regardless of what his doing as well as cardio... the cardio will be absolutley rinsing his calories, doesnt matter what he does on top of that the muscle needs excess calories to grow

            not just ate a lot but followed Teri Tom's nutrition plan.

              yes 8000 cals a day to maitain.... if his eating to maintain how is he adding muscle mass ?

              and of course i do, they build explosive power not mass, there is a reason you wont find any videos of ronnie coleman or arnold schwarzenegger doing some clap press ups..... because they are not very good for adding muscle mass....

                Is it really possible to add on that lean muscle in such a short space of time?
                I'm not a scientist so dont talk about steroid and you are RED K'ed.

                Just listen to one who knows and just watch the fight and enjoy.

                If your main man PBF lost the fight you will bark again about roids. LOL

                  his face doesnt look the same at all.. he could barely grow a mustache before, now he has a full goatee. his head is squarer and more muscular.. you can tell by his facial expression and attitude (before the cotto fight for example) he's had a ton of androgens running through his veins. its not all about looks or weight guys, ive used, i know what it does. i can feel it. it changes your attitude it changes the way you think. why do you think he was so confident he could walk cotto down like that? because he knows anything cotto threw at him he could return with the same or more power, from the shoulder with improper form, as an arm punch. he's a beast right now, and not in a natural way. the only reason he's not hulking right now is because of all the cardio..

                  steroids is short for AAS - anabolic androgenic steroids

                  anabolic - makes more muscle mass
                  androgenic - more male characteristics (for example chest hair)

                  different steroids have different combinations of these.. for example deca is very anabolic and low androgenic so a lot of female bodybuilders use it. something like trenbolone is extremely androgenic and gives people hair loss and acne.

                  MANNY has been on something very androgenic.. no matter how much lifting weights (which he doesnt do) or eating he does. its gonna make him bigger but not grow more facial hair, or more muscles in his face. its so obvious! i like manny a lot too, but people defending him tooth and nail are a little too emotional. its not double crossing manny, or anything to point it out. he made the choice and he should be prepared to face the consequences. he's a grown man and is responsible for his own actions.. as shown by his cheating on his wife, hes not a ****ing nice boy like he pretends to be. he likes hurting people and dominating them. steroids are common in boxing and other sports.. theres a list a mile long of boxers that have been caught that didnt have the sudden results manny has. i dont hope anything bad happens to manny but im not going to live in denial and tell myself hes natural because i know better. i completely recognize his work ethic and dedication.

                  as others have said, mosley has passed tests recently but he is still reaping the benefits of years of drug use. you dont have to be on them the night of the fight to benefit. but i told myself i was done with this so i wont get into it anymore unless someone quotes me or asks a question

                  P.S. im a fan of floyd AND manny and i think they both use. i've used myself and know all about how some people are genetically gifted (seen it) and how some people work super hard (manny & floyd). i think manny's biggest gift may be his brain, same for floyd

                      More like 6,500 as Ariza said in interview. That's more than enough to build muscle even if you account cardio.


                      No, not just clap press ups. I said plyometrics with weights.
