A scientific discussion on Pacquiao's steroid issue

I'm not a scientist by an chance but I know we have seasoned and knowledgeable people from different professions. Those who are in the know please tell us whether it is possible to move up in weight the way Manny has and still maintain your power, speed, still remain shredded. Is it possible to add lean muscle without steroids in a short time?

I know there are a few people who took time to move from one weight division to another.David Haye stopped fighting a bit just to concentrate on putting lean muscle.Evander Holyfield moved to heavyweight and added muscle and remained with a good physique but Evander looks dodgey.

Look at Samuel Peter,he comes in fat because it's not easy to add lean muscle.James Toney used to look good but he's not really a heavyweight. He adds mass by going to McDonalds.Areola is another example. There is weight which comes with age like what Mosley and Mayweather put on and it takes some time.I have used supplements and I put on 14kgs in 10days.Most of it was not really muscle and I lost definition.

Is it really possible to add on that lean muscle in such a short space of time?

You see... according to most people who have witnessed pac train, he trains harder than anyone else. They even have to ask him to stop.

I remembered someone also said "Manny's 1 week or 1 month training is equivalent to a regular boxer's 1 year training"

Evander Holyfield was caught buying steroids a few years ago.

Pacquiao has those amazing genes. The same ones that produced his athletic father and his world-champion brother.

            Can't you see it?

That applies for every athlete? ******. Relatives? How about Oscar's brother? Never heard of him? He was also a boxer. Atleast Bobby's decent in boxing.

how much lean muscle are we talking about here? On fight nights the past 2-3 years Manny has been weighing in around 145, peaked at hatton at 148-150. He did not weigh in vs Cotto, but it was possibly the same.

I believe in 07 when he fought barrera his fight night weight was 143. Is it possible to gain 6lbs of muscle in 3 years? yeah, probably. In his profession, eating, dieting and working out is 24/7. Lets not forget he has a team of nutritionists monitoring his diet. What's more amazing is Hatton gaining 40lbs and losing 40 lbs in a matter of 4 months.

do you know a single thing about the human body and how it works ?

regardless of what his doing as well as cardio... the cardio will be absolutley rinsing his calories, doesnt matter what he does on top of that the muscle needs excess calories to grow

also since when have plyometrics and isometrics been proven mass builders?
