Is Marquez a ATG?

i know Marquez is a HOFer for sure. But im not sold on him being a ATG. Let me hear your thoughts.

To me he hasn't beaten enought good/great fighters.

Barrera was older than fuck.
Casa was super shot, and Diaz had
already been exposed prior.

Prior to that he lost to Chris John and was
saved from another loss only because a
judge had misunderstood the scoring rules,
in Pac I.

he is not an atg but he did give manny pac who most people consider to be a great fighter 2 very close fights that could have easily went his way and also beat some decent opponents who were world class. if marquez would have gotten the win over mayweather he would be considered an all time great but he was dominated

I feel that same about him. He's good enough to be a HOFer, but his Resume isn't as good as some try to make him. To me his CLOSE fights with Pacquiao is what makes his career. None of his WIns make his career. And i scored Pacquiao for both fights.

You could say the same about other fighters too bro. There are GREAT fighters out there that have rough times against lesser opponents because anything can happen in boxing.

Is it me or did Marquez get outboxed by Barrera? if it wasn't for the ****** Knockdown call and the point deduction that turned that round from a 10-8 round for barrera to a 10-8/10-7 round for marquez.
