Yeah, that was a nice one... but again I mean... a casual fan will say well yeah Quintana... no disrespect to him but it won't bring much up. But he clearly showed that he had an off night and that he was the better man.

Exactly... nobody and that's why I say... that would have been statement... look at Mosley... after he destroyed Margarito... now everybody thinks he's the greatest because he ko'd a mediocre fighter. That would have been a statement... to do something that never has been done before.

For example, floyd is the most popular black American fighter, but look at his resume!!There is no top 10 welterweight on there!!That is a ****ing fact, but that ducking crybaby got loads of fans!!He picks & chooses who he fights!!He gets support even though his last fight was against a fat lightweight & still he didn't make weight!!But fight fans are ok with that!!The Punisher just made pavlik floyd him(duck him),but is still criticized for not fighting nobody!!I'm a fan & I'm glad I realize what he does for boxing, because in a few years after he retires,80% of the idiots who never supported him are gonna have to relive his glory, instead of enjoying it in the present!!
You don't have to question my mindset... I'm doing pretty good...

Margarito unbeatable??? Whaaat??? You obvisouly a Williams fan which is no problem but you should stay true... look at Margarito's career and look what happened if he wasn't phsical stronger. Margarito ain't got much skill. He's determined, can go 12 rounds hard, has a great chin and is usually taller and physical stronger at 47. So if you not 100% shape and can't man up to him you will be in for a long night. But unbeatable???

Again, what did you expect... I say it again for somebody with Winky's style how should he beat a guy like Williams. On the other hand Hopkins is a perfect opponent for Winky. Winky isn't that great. He is awkward yes, but not great or anything. He won against Mosley at 54. He won against the version of Trinidad that was retired. He drew against Taylor. He lost to Hopkins... I simply don't see the greatness in Winky... is hard to fight yes, but hardly great.

That has nothing to do with fight fans. It's always been that way in boxing. If you want to reach the top you fight the best. After you on top you fight names. If the names are considered good it's a plus. Everybody does that. It's a normal cycle dude.

Yeah, but that's Floyd 4th weight division... how many top names does Williams have on his resume at 168??? Again that's normal... if you done it everybody chooses... Pacquiao does it... DLH did it... Leonard did it... Ali did it... everybody does... don't always act like Floyd is the evil of everything or invented everything bad... everybody who is on top does that and that's fact.

What has Marquez to do with proven your point. Marquez is a very skilled fighter and is not the first one who jumped two weight classes... 147 is obviously a number to big for him... but he would have given a lot others problems... so I don't get where the big deal is... and obviously a lot of ppl wanted to see it based on the numbers. That he ain't made weight was unprofessional no doubt about it... but two pounds wouldn't have changed it. I think it's also unprofessional to have an off night... if you prepare months for one date and then you come in and have an off night isn't professional as well or?

I never critizied him for not fighting everybody. I never said that. I just said he should look for guys his size and he will get his chances. It's really become an ugly thing if a fighter is injured and ppl can't accept that. If he had an staph infection you should do your research and then you know that there is no reason why he should have fought, not one.

And one final thing... you won't get more respect for your fighter if you disrespect others or call others names. If you ain't have enough to talk about your fighter to prove that he is any good... it's obviously that something is wrong. Either your mindset or the resume of your fighter. Again so called ''ducked'' stories are nice but they doesn't count as fight. Nobody of big name gave Floyd a shot too and good fighters didn't want to fight him until DLH made him famous but still he assembled a very good resume in his natural weight classes or do you think anybody wants to fight him for no reason? If P-Will reaches something in his career I have no problem on congrulate him on... I also congratuate Pacquiao... he now all time is better then Mayweather... but that doesn't change that Mayweather will school him but resume wise... you can make a case that he is an better fighter then Mayweather. Even though I admire the skills of Floyd I have no problem to give it to Pacquiao as you see.

Winky may have had some rust, but Williams dominated him from start to finish. He threw multi-punch combinations all night long and barely allowed Wright time to blink, much less throw back. That fight, more than any other IMO, illustrated why guys like Floyd, Cotto and even SSM (how many fighters does Shane duck?) have wanted no part of PWill. He may not be the smoothest fighter out there (he's getting smoother though), but, because of his size, reach and work rate, he is clearly the most dangerous from 147-160lbs. He presents an incredibly difficult matchup for any fighter at those weights. That is why they all pretend like the man doesn't exist. It won't ever happen, but, if it did, I would bet my house that Williams would beat and very possibly KO Floyd. I'd hate to see it, but he'd very likely do the same to Shane.
I like the way you think.
