was he ruined as a fighter? i doubt it, but he's certainly far from his best ever since that loss

if margarito comes back with that cheater of a trainer, who admitted that he put something illegal "by accident" on BOTH wraps, then he's a cheating coward who knew all along what his trainer did (as every pro boxer suggests)
Well see ur admiting that Margarito is a top tier guy and that it wasn't just the plaster but any ways he wasn't ruined by the plaster after he beat clottey was he? So why not make the rematch and try to prove he actually used it in their fight by beating him which I doubt and this time their won't be any doubts to who ever wins

Another thing i wanna add...I would love MAYWEATHER to fight PAUL WILLIAMS and if he beat him..I would give him more respect...but I will never ever be a fan....you can bet on that..:boxAing:

of course margarito is a proven top WW, but he's a big cheater too

he barely beat clottey. clottey lost that fight by giving away the last 4 rounds. cotto just ran and clottey didn't connect anything, so cotto's 10 punches landed per round won him a fight in which he clearly wasn't as he was before

cotto should have a get busy fight, a tough fight, and then rematch margo, depending on how good he proves to be on those 2 matches. if he's the same as in the pacman and clottey fight, he should just hang 'em up

I've always liked cotto.Cotto just needs to take some time off, enjoy the holidays, and get the REAL HUNGER back. He can't just try to impose his will and just bully his way to victory like he used to . like the saying goes It's hard to teach a old dog new tricks , but if He wants to fight again at the elite status he needs redidcate himself and restructure and rebuild his whole team from the bottom up.it's good he is with people who love him and care about him, but he needs to surround himself with people who really live and breathe boxing everyday.someone that will take over the corner , someone who won't be his buddy . he's what ,29, still has the tools to get the job done against second tier fighters, but the way he is now won't last against top tier ones.I guess as long as his training camp is peaceful and he's happy and having fun he will continue to be good against those "weak" fighters cuz hes in control of the camp and get owned against the really good ones.hope he wants to be at the top like he once was.

                LOL

Everyone wants a piece of Yuri Foreman and his 154-pound belt. Gee, I wonder why?

and if he had a better team and trainer from the start of his career to
teach him defense and how to think for himself in the ring he could
have had a longer career but so much talent but reached his peak
at a young age and didn't want to push further to tap into his
                  true abilities.
winning titles are overrated. Just think about how easy he can win a title if he fights that Isaac dude that has the ibf ww title.

If he's thinking of keeping Joe Santiago 2 more fights not be such a bad idea.
