Cotto has been one hell of a boxer during his career and if thats what he wants to do, then its his choice and i'm glad he'd walk away when HE wanted too instead of doing to his career what RJJ has done...my hats off to a great fighter and warrior, i know i'll be watching his last few fights.

Depends. Apts/houses are mad cheap here compared to NYC/NJ. You can get a 4br/2 bth/2 car garage house here for $130k, compared to same house running you $300k in NY. Also nice apts will run you about $500-600 here. It's not like NYC where things don't close till 4am and you can catch a bus, train, cab at 2am, here you need a car. I miss NYC but Houston is good for family raising.

This is the reason why I can't stand Cotto. He always goes after watered down title belts. Yuri Foreman is the weakest champ at 154, and Cotto is gonna be recognized as a four time champ if he beats him. Pathetic. I don't feel sorry for Cotto at all. You know why? Because there are guys who lay it on the line a hell of a lot more than he does. Castillo fought with way more balls and the poor guy is broke while Cotto is a millionaire for running to the finish line in fights. If Cotto goes after him, I hope Castillo beats him.

I'm not so much referring to who he has fought. He's fought the right people for the most part. I'm just talking about the way he fights. If the opponent fights back, he crumbles. And the way he gets bashed for winning vacant titles is legit. The only good fighter that he beat for a vacant title was Quintana.

u my friend are a f'n idiot. The man has given fight fans wars and he is humble outside and inside of that ring. Why don't u go post on the espn boards cause they have your mindframe which is of a 2 year old. Cotto is a true warrior and a champ. Yeah the guy in your sig was a punk sil was his name i think paulie and christopher were better

there you go again with the bull**** vacant belt argument that is not legit at the time that cotto beat mosley kermit cintron was the ibf champ would that fight have been a better one for cotto to take because of the belt? when cotto fought clottey it should have been a unification fight but the bull**** ibf wanted clottey to fight a bull**** mandatory and stripped him for it so really who gives a ****. also cotto has never had one punch ko power and because of that he has been in wars and fought through opponents before so your other point is bull**** as well margs and pac each for their own reasons were the better man when they fought cotto that doesnt erase what he did throughout his whole career

If you apply that logic then Clottey should've never been the IBF champ in the first place, because Margarito had to vacate to fight Shane Mosley because he'd already beaten Clottey and Clottey demanded too much money when the fight was offered to him at first like he did with Paul Williams just now. Mosley should have the IBF and WBA titles.
