Roy KO is PHANTOM punch, stoppage premature, referee is TIE YOUR SHOES LACES referee!

The first knockdown is suspect. It barely touched roy's head. The stoppage is also a bit premature.



Something feels nefarious with this. Even the referee selection of the fight, howard john foster, the infamous shoe lace referee (hatton vs lazcano) is suspect.


I smell foul play.

I like how they edited that sound effect in there also. It really made it seem as if a punch landed.

That punch is dangerous, when you are hit on the the temple (is this a word in english? ) you're in trouble. PLUS, you can see that Jones' legs are gone.

I think the stoppage was a little premature too but protesting is ridicolus.

i can't sign off on that, it hit him up side the head, right around the ear. jones was out with a shot like that from johnson...........

Sucpect or not Roy was doing the chicken dance on the floor. Roy did recover really well when he was up though. I think the ref should have let it went on because Roy was recovering really well and he blocked most of the shot. He wasn't wrong for stopping it though because Roy wasn't throwing anythng back.

green hits really really really times 4 hard,roy didn't seem to mind the stoppage,his legs were saying; we givin up sorry!

I watched the fight, green was over him after the knock down like a fat kid over a cake.

If you watch the first knockdown the punch was nowhere near the temple but almost above & to the side of the head. It looked more due to off balance, with a combination of the flurry of green punches that sent roy down, or roy lost his legs for a brief second there. Nowhere near a temple shot.

Smell foul play? Edited the sound effect? Are you in that much denial that RJJ got stopped in the 1st? He obviously was hit, his legs were wobbly and he was taking hit after hit without throwing back at all. I mentioned this before but I think if it was a no name fighter instead of Roy, the ref probably woulda stopped it sooner.
