It sucks that Manny is running for congress but its something that has been known for a long time, so its no surprise.

No one is ducking no one, if Manny feels like he will be distracted by the political race just move the fight to September. Its not that big a deal and its clear that the fight will happen at some point in 2010.

People should stop paying attention to what Roach says during negotiations, Pac's team doesn't even consult him at all. Roach is just going by second hand info and most of the time he is trying to hype things up and grab headlines.

PAC is scared of losing in March and not being able to get the votes in May after the loss..

With all the bull**** that Team Pacquiao/Roach are pulling, I find it hard to believe his fans are still defending him.

To answer your question, nevermind if I did or didn't. Mayweather actually signed to fight Marquez and never came up with political bull**** in order to duck Marquez.

Roach opened his big mouth saying they'll take the fight only if it's in March, Mayweather accepts, now what? nothing, that's what.

Mayweather postponed the fight and gave an exact date as to when it will be post pone.

I rather Mayweather lie about an injury to give a signed fight more time for promotion instead of blatantly duck a fighter and not make a fight happen at all.

pac just came off a tough fight in cotto and march is 3 months from now.. And the its not like the elections thing wasn't expected, it was since 2007.. Roach was the only one opening his mouth about a fight in march or something(this is a time where roach talks too much for their own godd).. Dont get me wrong I want this fight to happen but the timing is not right for pac..

A contract is just a bunch of papers unless all parties involved sign their name on the dotted line. All these news outlets were reporting the fight was a done deal because Maywaether signed and I'm thinkin "What the f'k??"

Pretty Broke could've been asking for 70-30 on that contract, for all we know. If the devil tells you to sign a contract, you better read it first. That's all I'm saying..

Please tell me what news outlet said it was a done deal? All the claims I read was that FMJ had signed and Arum was flying to the Phillipines to get many to sign.

Why don't you grow balls and bet on Pacquiao over Mayweather instead

I know the fight will happen, but you know if this was Mayweather doing all of this he would' have been called a ducker and you would have seen 1890089 hate threads on Mayweather. Stop going around betting posters that the fight will happen next year and start betting that Pacquiao will beat Mayweather
