Now we know why, because they let him illegally dope by allowing him to take PED masking IVs.

When Pacquiao agreed to anything, Floyd made more excuses.
Like he wanted to spend more time with his family, unfortunately that meant beating them up.
The only tests the commission did and still do are post fight in the locker room. As we know they're useless, which is why almost all fights have random testing from other agencies. Pacquiao never agreed to anything that was on the table. When Mayweather offered 14 days he said there'd be no cut off in future if it was turned down. Pacquiao "agrees" a year later to 14 days.

The random testing was a perfectly reasonable request. Which is why it is actually demanded in boxing by everyone now. People just didn't like it when it came from Mayweather.

This is about as honest an answer we will see from the pac slurpers.

when Floyd treated him this way suddenly they were all up in arms about how it was demeaning to manny.

        • Forgetableit! Let them both take drugs and we'll get a fight!

Whoever, takes the best drugs, wins.

          Peace.
