        1) in his PAC-Cotto analysis, didnt he say that one of PAC's advantages was his ability to fight going backwards while Miguel couldn't? Now, PAC can't fight going backwards?

        2) although i fully agree that a dominant right hand is imperative in fighting/beating PAC, his examples of Morales and Marquez might be slightly off...those two examples indeed have solid right hands but those two also threw more than one punch after firing the jab and launching the right

Dwyre could very well be correct in his assesment, however, he pictures (IMO) a floyd that is letting his hands go for a majority of the rounds...i haven't seen Floyd consistently let his hands go since the Gatti fight
I made this exact point today.

Floyd doesn't let his hands go like he used to. The thing with Pacquiao is he'll get hit, but he'll be throwing and landing a lot more than he's going to get hit even if he's as active as he was in the Cotto fight (he was a lot more active against JMM). Floyd plays the game of not being hit and countering which has worked great for him. But fighting Pacquiao, he's going to have to dig deep and really bring out the Floyd of old and get offensive because Pacquiao comes at you in a way where you gotta be on your toes at all times. He's become more patient and that's also made him much more dangerous.

Now with that being said, I can also see Floyd winning this fight. But like I said prior, he's gotta bring out the Floyd of old. Mix his countering with some sparks of his offense we know he's capable of showing. Lure Pacquiao into a fight, but set traps for him. Floyd is a genius at that.

Its a tough call dude. I try breaking this fight down to people and it's so tough to pick a winner.

Guys, you're overreacting. Burner's prediction cancels out Dwyer's.

totally agree Rav...not just in order to command PAC's respect and win, Floyd's gonna have to pull out the old version of himself and stand his ground...i can't see his CURRENT (last fight and before his retirement) punch output winning let alone commanding PAC's respect

it sounds awkward, especially when talkin about floyd BUT, he's gonna have to be ready to go to war in this fight...he's not facing the same one-dimensional, straight line fighter in PAC anymore

and another thing, for PAC to take massive shots from Cotto, it adds another element to this fight...what if he walks thru Floyd's shots? does floyd get discouraged? does he keep fighting, does he retreat to the ropes? i've also thought about numerous scenarios and diffrent glimpses of diffrent fights flash thru my mind

but i guess time will tell....lets see how floyd does with Matt Hatton first

This guy is underestimating Pacquioa quite a lot. Pac Man is powerfull at WW and look how he beat up Cotto and he also took some very clean power punches from Cotto and kept it moving. Pacquiao is going to get hit a lot but sure Floyd can't block every power shot and I believe Pacquiao has a good chance of knocking out Mayweather.

I will most probably bet on a Mayweather win by decision but like the guy said in the clip, i would have a straddle on Paquiao getting a KO but not just early on but even in the second half of the fight. Pacquioa has incredible stamina and he is going to go for it for the enitire fight and he will test Floyds chin a few times.

Also this guy Bwyer was on Judahs nuts a lil too hard lol. No way Floyd gonna think Pacquiao is an easier fight.

This guy is a clown. He is a Floyd junkie and will never admit that Floyd is capable of losing. Morales dominated.......then was shut down like a dirty Chinese restaurant less than a year later by the same guy, what changed? Pac did, and he has continued to change.

Fair point... I thought about mentioning something like that, but left it alone.

You can't really use Morales, or JMM as a gauge of the current Pac. The current Pac is beast.

That's why I think its entirely possible May could get steamrolled early
