Probably because Pac wasn't on steroids at the time. Steroided out Pac will KO Marquez now.

Well he did get knocked down four times and Pac drained the hell out of himself to make 130 in the second fight. First time Pac was not nearly the fighter he is today and still dropped JMM 3 times in one round.
