first pacquiao fight i ever saw was ledwaba , manong.

i never got to see his younger fights in philippines , thailand , japan , etc.

when i found some of his older fights , i was surprised. manny was sloppier and got hit a lot but he use to throw a lot of right hooks , especially to the body. uppercuts too (wild , wild uppercuts )

all his american televised fights from ledwaba to pac-jmm 1 , all i saw was jabs and straights and rarely any body work.
what was your first reaction when you watched him against ledwaba?

that's what i was telling people but they don't believe me.

      like the uppercut.

before the cotto fight everyone was talking about how pac doesn't have an uppercut.

pac use to throw a lot of uppercuts. he dropped 3k battery with it. it's just no one saw that fight in the u.s.

        well i didn't know him.

it was an accident that i saw him.

i bought the ppv for the oscar delahoya-javier castillejo fight.

the next time i saw him was on hbo. he was on a mayweather undercard and then the undercard of tyson-lewis.

some of his fights even after ledwaba wasn't shown here though.

i thought he was good but nothing special. tbh i though barrera was gonna whoop him. i was just hoping that he would be competitive and go back down to 122.

That was a brutal uppercut, fashung flew in the air and went down like a rag doll. Pac under trained in that fight, his mouth was open gasping for air as early as the second or third round. It was called 'yanig sa taguig' and fashung's condition after the punch was like that of hatton, I thought he was dying.

except for singsurat some of his most brutal wins was against thai fighters.

Soft? dude you dont know what you are talking about... He got tagged with 93 powerpunches by Cotto. His head was being snapped back by powerful jabs that floored many seasoned fighters but took them all and returned the favor with his own powerpunches, yet you call him soft? you are a joke

Have you seen his first fight in Japan? he brutalized that japanese like what he did to hatton.

If he isn't hitting you with that left, he's flurrying the **** out you till you open up so he can check jab + unload that left KO. Watching some of his older fights, he literally has **** for defense but i guess what makes him unhittable on most occasion is his overly aggressive style.. little man just overwhelms the hell of his opponents with flurries and straight lefts relentlessly. His old style was more exciting to watch IMO.
