What does it mean when a major company like N*ke signs you up?

Floyd's @ss would kill to be signed up with a company like N*ke, that's like every athletes dream.

I mean, just go to some of those boxing equipment websites, do you see Floyd's **** being sold on there?
thats not a real accurate depiction of exposure... nike knows there ****.

Nike doesnt just sell to America. They sale to the world. and they know Manny is much more marketable as a world fighter than floyd. Also they know Manny wont go say some dumb **** on tv.

But in all honesty i wouldnt doubt they could pay floyd enough to put his name on something. he prolly would want crazy figures.

Boxing is not back, it's still losing in popularity. The FACT remains boxers salaries are still VERY low, MOST of them have to work part time jobs or full time jobs just to support themselves.

You want to see boxing increase in popularity, eliminate some weight divisions, remove power from promoters, and televise boxing in free cable.

Manny is only one star in boxing, back then in the 1980's 5-10 stars in boxing. Boxing is dying and the economic crisis is not helping.

Yeah no ****, that's why PAC is bigger than Floyd. You just typed the words yourself. More marketable means, more people can be reached!

Didn't you just read my post motherf**ker, eventhough boxing is getting a buzz right now. I don't think it will ever reach the same level of popularity it had during the 60's - 80's.

And yeah, boxing could very well go back to its low points once the great PAC retires.

you really dont read. before i said Floyd is bigger in AMERICA and that pacquiao is much more marketable as a WORLD fighter. And as a whole there is more money in the WORLD than in AMERICA. Please dont try and be an ass for the sake of being an ass.

Im trying to have a intelligent discussion with you and your trying to turn it into a cat fight...calm down.

My guy,it's just my opinion, but let me further explain!!Boxing is my favorite sport,so to the people that feel like me,boxing has never been dying, casual fans make up most fans,I understand that, but there are too many good fighters who aren't stars that die-hard fight fans can't get enough of,I'm a part of that bunch, that's all I'm saying!!
