look at the stats and analyze them.
even though floyd is more accurate and his defense is better, pac simply throws too many punches.
if pac averages about 19 punches a round, with his kinda power, I think he could knock floyd down, but I dunno if its enough to stop floyd.
1) cotto couldn't hurt pac, I seriously doubt floyd can
2) pac punches harder and should land more punches
that drop off is reflected in the calculation, pac usually averages 28.8 punches per round, but against floyd he would only average 19.89 punches per round, that's a drop off of 8.91 punches per round.
if you look at floyd's stats against his last 5 opponents (15.9 punches per round) and his projected number for pac (12.63 punches per round), you'll find that its only a drop off of 3.27 punches per round.
despite this though, pac will still outland pbf by 7.26 punches per round, based on his punch output and therefore win the fight.

Floyd can wear down Pacman slowly by landing clean punches and frustrating him with his defensive tactics. If Manny can't hurt Floyd with the few punches he will manage to land, then I see Mayweather taking this by late stoppage or UD.
