Jones and Hopkins still beating dudes half their age. Eubank was beating dudes half his age still when Joe beat him.

It still takes 1 hell of a fighter to beat them at any age.

Ok well I guess we should also give credit to Trevor Berbick for beating a totally shot 40 year old Muhammad Ali... and to Danny Williams for beating a shot Mike Tyson. Lmfao.

Really really impressed with Ward. That is a guy who doesn't yet know how to lose.

But, either does Calzaghe. I think Joe Calzaghe last lost a fight when he was 16 and Andre Ward around the same age.

If you're taking a 25-year-old Ward against a veteran Calzaghe, Calzaghe would find a way to get a foothold in the fight.

Kessler just looked average against Ward, he didn't against Calzaghe. That does have something to do with Ward but it also has a lot to do with Kessler. The man has no inside fighting game against Ward, but against Calzaghe he was firing of uppercuts like nobody's business. One solitary uppercut against Ward.

Maybe Kessler in not a great one but there must have been something there otherwise he wouldn't have pulled the wool over some many eyes. If Kessler doesn't beat Carl Froch I'd accept that he isn't that special. But, I think he had a bad night and he just isn't the type of fighter who can have bad nights and win.

I voted Calzaghe. He's still the best SMW ever (since 168 pounds limit was created, I mean) and he can beat everyone in the tournament.

I do not understand Calghe haters, I think you hate just because he is European. being Europen is not a shame! Andre Ward is bloody good but he's not (still) in his league... and IMO he won't reach Calzaghe's greatness.

                    Do not agree Hyde.
Eubank was clearly past his prime but he was still a world classi fighter, very experienced. At the time Calzaghe was still green, he knocked him down and won clearly. It was a great performance!.

Jones? I agree with you (Lacy and Kessler wins were much better for his resume)

Hopkins 44 years old? Watch Pavlik fight, man.
